Led by iconic thinkers in innovation, inspiration and entrepreneurial development, Guardian Group, in association with Ross Advertising | ReThink and the University for Peace, established by the General Assembly of the United Nations, continue into the third week to host a series of interactive webinars, dubbed “Pandemic of Performance”.
The dual distances within one event sought to engage both the serious athletes and leisure walkers/runners and satisfied participants’ personal desire to give back to the less fortunate and Guardian Group’s objective of making a meaningful contribution to children’s charities.
Over $5 million in scholarships, grants, school supplies and book vouchers were disbursed by the Guardian Group Foundation to several students across the island.
Guardian Group, continues to be a strong supporter of initiatives that promote the sustainability and well-being of the territories in which it operates. Recently, Guardian Group made a generous donation to the Substance Abuse Foundation Inc. (SAF) in aid of their Solar Photovoltaic Rooftop Project. This environmentally friendly project seeks to create a long-term source of sustainable commercial income for SAF, as it works towards the development of a new model of financial sustainability based on the generation of solar energy.
Effective May 1, 2016, Guardian General Insurance Limited trading as NEMWIL, which has been providing general insurance services in Belize for the past 28 years, was rebranded to Guardian Group.
