How to Notify Guardian General of a Claim

All accidents must be reported within 30 days of its occurrence.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Policy number
  • Name and contact details
  • Date and time of the loss
  • Description of the incident
  • Location of the loss
  • Supporting documents (e.g., photos, invoices, police report if applicable)

Claim Reporting Requirements

Motor Fire of Theft

1. Completed Motor Vehicle Claim Form

2. Registration Certificate & Certificate of Fitness (if not destroyed)

3. Driver’s License (front & back)

4. Photos/Videos of site (if available)

5. Estimate of Repairs (fire & partial theft only)

Motor Accident

1. Completed Motor Vehicle Claim Form

2. Registration Certificate & Certificate of Fitness

3. Driver’s License (front & back)

4. Photos/Videos of accident scene

5. Third Party Info (if applicable)

6. Police Receipt (optional)

7. Estimate of Repairs

Windscreen Claim

1. Windscreen Claim Form

2. Registration Certificate

3. Certificate of Fitness

4. Driver’s License (front & back)

5. Photos of damage (include license plate)

6. Estimate of Repairs or paid receipt

Non-Motor Claim

1. Relevant Claim Form

2. Photos of loss/scene

3. Estimate of damages
