Guardian Group remains committed to putting the health, safety and wellness of our staff, customers, partners, suppliers and all stakeholders as a priority. We have been closely monitoring the updates and guidelines from our official local health authority, surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the general global impact.

As such the Group has already implemented several measures to reduce risk and ensure safety :

  • An established Crisis Task Force 
  • A COVID-19 Monitoring and Response Framework aligned to the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) 
  • Increased the frequency of our cleaning programmes at all of our offices paying attention to frequently touched surfaces. We have implemented:

           - Installation of hand sanitizers throughout our offices
           - Availability of gloves for employees who wish to wear them in the course of duty

  • Restricting all non-essential travel for team members
  • Reviewing our business continuity plans to ensure that we safeguard against any potential risks including managing our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and business continuity
  • Our Health and Safety Team continues to provide relevant, updated and accurate information to all employees, which are guided by reputable and established sources such as the World Health Organization (WHO), Centre for Disease Control (CDC) and the Health Ministry
  • We have established an intranet page, where all internal communication and updates are accessible and an email hotline for employee queries, questions and concerns.
